“
I have 129 days clean and sober today. I got drunk and high for 13 years and used to think getting a week would be a miracle. I had been in and out of more treatment centers and sober living homes than I can count. There is something very special about the Lighthouse. The staff are incredibly friendly, relatable and understanding. They have a work alongside of you rather than a work at/on you mentality. I also met some of the most amazing and interesting people who were other clients there, most of whom are still clean and sober. I know it's corny to use the word heroes but I'm certain that the fine folks at the Lighthouse saved my life.
